“Kiera”
Steve was about to graduate college circa 1980 and was on a mission to find a 1969 Mustang. One happened to be for sale close to campus in Columbus, OH. The car was wrecked; sideswiped by concrete barriers on a freeway and not drivable. Steve surprised the owner by asking to borrow a torch and some tools. Shortly thereafter, Steve was on a test drive. He brought it home that day and had dreams of restoring the vehicle. However, life took over. Time went forward, he got married, had kids, a great fast paced job and the Mustang sat for decades.
In 2015, Steve finally had the opportunity to resurrect his old dream of bringing his Mustang back to life. He took it to a shop where he did not have much luck making progress. In 2018, he gave Motor City Solutions a call and things finally began coming together. Working hand in hand throughout the build, the Mustang was completed and delivered home in 2020.
Since then, the car has been turning heads at every show it attends, winning multiple awards and even gracing the cover of Mustang HUB magazine.
