The 1955 was the second restomod completed at Motor City Solutions for Steve and has been in his family since 1959. Steve’s father purchased the car in 1959 and restored the vehicle in 1961. The Bel-Air sat in storage for 48 years before being gifted to Steve in 2019. This was Steve’s father’s dream car and was his daily driver. His father envisioned heavily modifying the vehicle, however, he never was able to finish the work. Steve brought the car to MCS in 2020. The project was completed at the shop in 2023, incorporating personal touches to replicated pinstriping on the dash previously painted by Steve’s father.
